Saturday, September 2, 2017 - Aerated with a Vinturi and decanted for one hour. Aromas of currant, cherry, cedar, graphite and dried herbs. Black and red fruit, tobacco leaves, graphite and soft tannins on the palate. Medium to long finish. Medium to full bodied. Served with grilled T-bone steak.
