Saturday, December 1, 2007 - Lieu-dit-Cru White Truffle Dinner (Primehouse): Medium red color. Lovely floral elegant smoky black fruit on the nose. Mmmn, big rich spicy acidic black cherry with some sweetness on the palate. Spactacular match with the accompanying course.
