Saturday, November 1, 2014 - Medium lemon color.

Youthful nose with yellow plums and apples, some buttered nuts, a hint of vanilla and lots of chalky minerals.

Youthful on the palate with medium+ body and acidity with aromas of yellow and green apples, chalk, butter and nuts. Good balance and concentration on the palate. The finish is med+.

A good C-M 1er cru at a decent price point. It definitely has the stuffing for some further aging but it's drinking good today, especially after some decanting.
