Tuesday, September 9, 2014 - A Visit To Weingut Karl Erbes (Weingut Karl Erbes, Urzig, Germany): The nose is faint, with light scents of pineapple and underbrush. The palate shows lots of complexity quickly. Red apples and ripe limes deliver great flavor and lingering acidity. Everything is gentle and delicate from beginning to end, showing great elegance along with the lovely flavors.
