Thursday, December 29, 2016 - There's a lovely wine lurking in these bottles, but it will take some time. I decanted this one for 6 hours and even a few hours after that, it was still shy and gave up just a few hints of some alluring perfumed fruit and earthy mineralily. Palate was structured, big and also reticent. It will reward patience.
