Friday, July 2, 2021 - Deeper ruby color; prominent aromas of black cherry, raspberry, wet pine needles, rose petals, licorice, spice, mushroom, umami; sour fruit on back of the palate; puckery acidity; firm, weighty, rich finish with dry tannin that still feels elegant. Better after 24 hrs.
