Friday, June 5, 2015 - Perfect ruby color. It smells of black pepper, blackberry, & cherry. Also I detect the aroma of meat, tobacco, & cinnamon. The flavors remind me of blackberry, cherry and mushroom. For a Cabernet Sauvignon it is fairly light bodied, which I like, but it might just be a bit young. The finish is medium long and it has lots of tannins.
