Friday, June 1, 2018 - Medium golden yellow. A bit oily on the nose with some vanilla, oaky and a touch of savory candied apples. Mouthwatering acidity (6/10) and medium to medium plus acidity. Drys out the tongue with notes of almonds, dry citrus and good minerality. Long and lingering finish. Drink till 2020.
