Sunday, October 15, 2017 - Starting to brown on the rim. Light flint, dried violets, a bit of umami on the nose. Dried cranberry, raspberry, bing cherry, dark cherry, light cloves, light vanilla. Quite nice and elegant. Drinking well now.
