Friday, May 8, 2015 - Served cold, off a pop and pour, this showed pretty clumsy. However, after letting the wine warm up it started drinking much better, a complete turn around actually. At 55+, it's almost salty, very saline, mineral, even if a little more butter and cream than ideal, it's showing some real good stripes. Tasty meyer lemon, solid acidity, and a nice mineral driven, persistent finish.
