Tuesday, September 22, 2015 - Nose (and color) shows a Burgundian style of minerals, peach skin, Meyer lemon, crisp floral note. Palate matches but with more body, layers of citrus and tangy stone fruit, wet stone, slight white pepper, medium plus acidity, and medium plus to long finish that only then hints at it's CA origin about 15 seconds in. Sublime balance and structure. A special wine, and I don't even like Chardonnay.
