Saturday, January 25, 2020 - Mostly or all Pinot Blanc. Oak used. Needed a couple minutes to open but then was ready to go. Probably peaking right now. Really a nice middle ground between Alsace and Burgundy (Alsacian grape notes and Burgundian winemaking). Surprising amount of sediment/material at the bottom of the bottle. Would jump on opportunity to try again (different vintages, or different products from same producer).
