Sunday, May 7, 2023 - dark gold amber; not a floral nose but creme brulee, with emphasis on the brulee, slightly burned aspect which was very cool; despite being a VT the sugar levels were way low (VT doesn't necessarily have to be really sweet) and was really nice with the date cake and maybe a little less so with the excellent bread pudding. Did not fit with the double chocolate cake (which completely overpowered everything). boeuf Bourguignon
