Saturday, February 14, 2015 - The wine has medium acidity. It smells like black currant (cassis), flint, lavender, rose, plum, eucalyptus and cherry. The wine finishes long. It tastes like blackberry, black currant (cassis), cherry, apricot, eucalyptus, mineral and bell pepper. The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. The wine has polished texture.
