Monday, December 15, 2008 - First 5 minutes showed strong mint and lilac on the nose. Mint left leaving strawberries and floral accents. Extremely well integrated- jammy strawberries, vanilla, gravel, and velvety tannins. Seems like we popped it at its peak.
