A Tempranillo that focuses more on tannins and acidity than extracted fruit, so absolutely wonderful for food. Oven-roasted chicken with oven-roasted root vegetables and sweet potatoes, a sauce of creme fraische and sweetchilli was perfect for this elegant Tempranillo. Drink or hold.
