Friday, December 30, 2016 - One of the first thing I learned while discovering wine is the different intensity or concentration of taste. You get on one end Pinot Noir which is very light and diluted yet can be very refreshing and has so many dimensions of tastes, on the other end you have Cabernet Sauvignon and like this wine, Shiraz, which is more opaque and has a stronger taste, gives you a pleasure at every small sip. I personally prefer this type of wine which is very concentrated and intense.

When I put this one in my mouth I feel that intensity is dancing with acidity on a very broad spectrum of grape flavor. The pleasure is everywhere on my tongue. Would buy again if stocks available.
