Saturday, May 28, 2022 - Noticed there was some mold outside of the capsule so figured it was aboutvtime to drink, and the wine showed beautifully. Everything you want from aged napa cab, showing mature yet fresh dark fruit, with leather, tobacco, complex spice and cassis accents. Drinking brilliantly now, outshining a 2007 Quilceda Creek alongside.
