Wednesday, September 17, 2014 - Deep brown which turned deep red with air.
Immediate animale/stinkiness which blew off.
Red fruit. Slightly oxidised, almost a little plummy. Nose still kicking and primary.
Similar palate at the start.
With air, changes completely into a umami/sous bois driven wine.
Not a bad wine, but did not turn into the glass that was hoped for.
Could be storage issues.
