Friday, July 7, 2006 - Chablis and 03 Bordeaux Dinner (HB: A Hearty Boys Spot): Aromas of coffee, cocoa, toast and dark fruits. A chewy, full-bodied palate that offers plenty of ripe fruit and leather. Tannic and low acidity - this wine had a unique character and should develop quite nicely.
