Friday, June 3, 2011 - Very easy to drink. nothing "sticks out and grabs your attention", but there is a rich presence of balanced flavors and structure that make it most excellent with food. Mid palate is fresh, like water, some anise, tar, sandalwood followed by a subtle finish with mild astringency.
