Friday, August 15, 2014 - I normally don't repost, but for significant change. It's been over two years since my last. I'll stand by the aroma and flavor profile. Decanted three hours. That was fine. It's morphed to beautiful. The texture is a rustle of satin. Refined. No over ripe or roasted accents. This is even silkier than the 2000 Ferriere and with more length. Ahh...Margaux. 93-94. From my passive, yet Wisconsin cellar.
