Thursday, January 1, 2015 - A very deep colour; quite a thick texture, with fruit cake flavours and some bitterness to the blackcurrant fruit, which is quite concentrated. Some tannin still. Notwithstanding my earlier comments on this wine, I think this could improve over the next few years, although it is quite acceptable now.
