Monday, October 3, 2016 - Tasted blind. Medium-ripe plum with green pepper and good minerality. Smoked meat, game, and menthol. Round and fruity. Good weight. Medium tannins. Long finish. Rating: 90
Guess the wine: Probably Bordeaux. I will go with Left Bank. Solid wine but nothing too special.
