Friday, March 24, 2017 - Deep crimson colour with some bricking. The nose is classic Cabernet with blackcurrant, plum, cedar and violet. Some touches of fig are present. The palate is rich with plenty of mouth-filling Cabernet fruit and quite strong tannin on the finish. It lacks the distinction of a great year e.g. 2005 but is a lovely drink at present.
