Monday, May 27, 2019 - Emergency bottle as our first wine of the night, a White Chateauneuf, was not good.
PnP but needs air. More restrained than previous bottles of this vintage. Nose is deep cherry and tar. Palate has excellent texture and the dark cherry and menthol show through. Medium finish.
