Wednesday, August 17, 2022 - Delicious.
Dark ruby color with a touch of bricking. This one is an umami bomb. Plenty of roast meat, leather, cedar pencil, and all things delicious and savory. I’ve been working my way through a case of this stuff, and this one has been worth the wait. If you’ve got a bottle of this, I suggest pulling the cork. It is absolutely delicious and it is unlikely to get much better
