Wednesday, April 29, 2015 - Flowers luncheon at SIXTEEN (Chicago, Illinois): 11 acres of CMR PN. Swiss Wadenswil, Swan and Calera clones are noted as mostly heritage clones are employed with some Dijon 777 in there too.
a richer dark red fruit character to the nose. shows some of it's oak grain on the nose, earthiness. a touch of oak bitterness to the palate, showing rather tight. 20% Whole Cluster, 20% new French for 16 months. 12.9% ABV.
