Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Nose of lime blossom, peach pit, ginger, and chalk. Juicy yet balanced in the mouth, with flavors of lime oil and stone. This is an inviting Chablis, rich and perfumed yet light bodied, crisp, and wonderfully acidic. Drinking well now but shall shine in two or three years, and then for 10+ more.
