Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - A whiff of oxidation blows off quickly and one hour in with a good chill, this wine swung for the fences. Yellow quince-like fruit with lemon, honeycrisp apple, pie crust/graham cracker and a touch of cinnamon wading around in the mineral pool, at eight years out this wine is spectacularly at peak, decadent in the most refined way possible.
