Thursday, June 8, 2023 - So I've been lukewarm on the last couple of bottles of this wine, but this time I took the advice of other imbibers and decanted. And the wine really blossomed, taking on richness, depth, beautiful floral and savory aromas and flavors. A lovely, mellow, charming old Burg.
