Saturday, June 6, 2015 - Right from the refrigerator, this was much too cold, and seemed a bit boring and flabby. It really opened up and became more expressive as it neared room temperature. Smells wonderful with salty marine and almond accents. On the palate, there is a bit of richness to the fruit, but it is not tropical. Mostly apple with bit of citrus. Lots of salinity and again a bit of almond. Not laser like in terms of acid, but there is just enough to keep it balanced. We both enjoyed it.
