Sunday, November 8, 2015 - Popped and poured. This is a solid ruby wine with some modest end-of-bottle sediment. On the nose, I get ripe cherry and garrigue odors -- this has a classic CdP nose. In the mouth, the acid dominates, although there is some nice, ripe fruit that leaves a sour cherry finish. Overall, this wine is good to go; it wears its old schools credentials with pride and brings a sense of pleasure through the whole wine. 91 points.
