Sunday, December 30, 2012 - Outstanding, graceful bottle just at the beginning of its prime. Dark garnet, opening nose of flowers, earth and subdued fruit. Extra long, smooth finish after perfectly integrated light fruit and tannins. Supposedly not one of this chateau's best efforts, but still an outstanding wine.
