Saturday, July 22, 2023 - In my 2017 TN I wrote "not sure if there's much in here to evolve". Well, there was. This was outstanding from PnP and even drank well with ~1/3 bottle stoppered and consumed two nights later. Like BVAL, my bottle was included with a recent club shipment and so would have been stored in ideal conditions. Depth and richness, honey, spice, marzipan, all in harmony with yet enough acid to keep it from ever getting boring or heavy. BVAL's March 2023 TN nails it.

It turns out I've got another bottle in the cellar, purchased in 2017 and held in good, but not perfect conditions - fully dark, seasonal fluctuations from mid-50s to mid-60s F. It'll be interesting to see how that drinks.
