Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - Médium TO dark red WITH subtons Of purple. Lots of long legs, short spaced. Bouquet of licorice and black berries. At taste is round, smooth and well balanced tannins and acidity . Finish is long and slightly dry.
A generous cab to be enjoyed with peppery salami, truffle cheeses, hard and strong taste food. We had ossobuco al fungi and it pairs extraordinarily well.
