Monday, May 18, 2009 - I love this BdN. Very rich and dry; the pefect pairing with Paella. Pinot fruit, a little yeasty bread, perfect mousse. I like a food-friendly sparkler with red-fruit flavors, ample acidic cut and fizz, and just a little doughy spice from aging on the lees. For me, this is the perfect NV BdN. An added thanks to JJ Buckley for the awesome pricing!
