Saturday, November 20, 2021 - Blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon with 24% Cabernet Franc, 19% of Petit Verdot and 15% of Malbec. Aged for 20 months in French oak almost all new.
Inky crimson in colour. Displays dark, ripe plum and black cherry followed by dark chocolate and cedar that is still upfront well after a decade. Sweet, ripe style with plenty of weight and a dense, chewy texture. Long, supple finish.
