Sunday, December 25, 2011 - No formal note. Strong, tannic, concentrated and slightly hot. Still needs some cellartime. Drank this bottle over the course of 3 days. And the last glass had the best balance. The heat diminished and wood got more integrated. Try next bottle in 1 year.
