They don't blast the poor juice with massive amounts of oak. There's a clear note of grassy sauvignon blanc on the nose, but you know, that is what it is. The palate is racy, light, and really electric, with great acidity and freshness. Green, for sure, but not in a bad way. In the way sauvignon blanc ought to be made and drunk.
