Sunday, March 29, 2015 - Day 1- Gave a five hour decant. Young high quality cabernet. Nice notes of black fruit and cassis buried behind the tannins.
Day 2- Pumped and reopened. Ridiculously sugary and sweet. Not good given the pedigree of this operation.
Day 3- Sweetness has subdued but lip burning alcoholic heat has emerged.
Not sure the future if this wine.
