Sunday, October 23, 2016 - Bright red purple in the glass. Big nose of blackberry cobbler and black rubber; echoed on the palate with raspberry undertones. Full body with medium tannins and medium acidity. A bit leaner than what one might expect from the Aussies making it quite acceptable with a variety of foods. I'm having BBQ ribs.
