Monday, March 9, 2015 - It's been a while since I have had a young Loire white that I would call classical, and this fit the bill nicely. Starts of with a little grassy melon, a good kick of supporting acidity mid palate, then a cleansing, satisfying finish of chalk and minerals. Very well done!
