Wednesday, December 24, 2014 - Cherry jolly rancher and pink cotton candy on the nose. Unpleasantly hot on initial taste. Exploded a few minutes later w burnt fowl fat, dark rich fruit and a chewiness exemplary of good acid/fruit/tannins integration. Explosive finish. For 40+ bucks and half the price of the vineyard Pina's, it's an experience worth repeating. Kind of like the jonata for those fancy wine makers in buellton.......
