Friday, February 10, 2023 - Light straw colour, greenish tint.
White flowers, faint tropical fruit, citrusy freshness. Faint matchstick adds to the complexity.
Medium weight palate, subtle and gentle. The length is incredible, would love to line this up blind with some 1er/ Grand Cru white Burgundy.
Just superb, good for another 10 years I think
