Thursday, January 4, 2018 - We really enjoy this pinot, however I would say it has passed it’s prime, suggest you do not hold much longer, fruit is muted beyond what I would expect for this age of wine.

    1/11/2018 8:47:00 AM - That's interesting because the last bottle I had was pretty tannic and I thought it could go for a while. Maybe some bottle variation? Don't know if it's yours or mine. I have only two more so will try one here shortly.

    3/22/2018 2:09:00 PM - WineGuy, you are correct, we just tried our second bottle, your latest tasting note is dead on, our first bottle was "a bit off". I agree this is a cab lovers pinot. We gave our second bottle a 92, and agree with your comments.

I'm more of a Central Coast or Russian River PN person as opposed to Napa Pinots. Del Dotto Cabs are out of this world if you haven't tried. They aren't cheap but high quality.
