Thursday, December 12, 2019 - Pop n pour it gave me initial notes of cherry, raspberry, floral and primary fruits showing good purity.
Over time it has evolved and gaining more weight, showing blackberry, smoke, mushroom and cedar oak. Medium+ bodied and supple mouthfeel. Plenty of sweet fruits on mid-palate with gentle acidity. Lingering finish, fine and ripe tannins.
