Tuesday, October 8, 2019 - First of three bottles. This is starting to enter its drinking window although it's still quite young. The Brittain seems to be the most savory of Mo's offerings. Tannins are still young, although toward the end of the second day the palate turned more silky. There is good acid and like all Ayoub wines the purity on the palate is lovely. Give it a little decant if drinking now.
