Sunday, May 3, 2015 - A very pale gold color with an abundant and persistent fizz. The bouquet eludes to a Blanc de Blanc profile with some sea spray and citrus pith contributing to the mix. The nose is certainly more generous than expected at this price point. Light to medium body, firm acidity. There is a nice, sauvage-style grip on the palate that stems from perceived stone and mineral character. Quite clean, steady, and composed through the finish so I think there may be more to love about this after it sleeps for a bit. 5+11+15+7= 88
