Thursday, January 28, 2016 - Looking back at the cellar tracker ratings over the last 20 years this has been a very consistent performer--generally around 89. I have had it numerous times over the years and thought it a decent high volume wine. Don't know how many cases they produce each year but it must be tough to blend it so it doesn't vary too much-even within a vintage. This bottle had an overpowering oak/vanilla taste with sour cherry--don't remember that from past bottles. The best I can say is it is a decent "supermarket" wine.

2/23/2016 7:45:00 PM - Bogle went from less than 3,000 cases to over 120,000 cases of this stuff about 10 years ago. It was once a Pet/Zin/Mourvedre Blend. Now, it might not have any Mourvedre in it, as Cab Sauv is now in the mix. The source appellations changed/expanded as well. I used to love this wine...
